David Botero is a Colombian-born, Miami-based multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer, and songwriter recognized for his versatile and international sound.

With a Master’s degree in music, Botero launched his career in 2012 by composing and performing the main theme for a Colombian TV show—a debut that earned him Best Original Song at the “TV y Novelas” Awards.

In 2017, he was nominated for Best Composer at the India Catalina Awards, and in 2018 he reached a breakthrough moment as composer, producer, and lead performer for the Emmy Award–winning series La Reina del Flow (Sony Pictures/Telemundo/Netflix), broadcast in more than 90 countries.

Since then, David has built an extensive catalog that moves through electro-pop, house, and contemporary pop, earning viral success, radio chart placements, and collaborations with major record labels in Europe. His Latin heritage informs his artistry, but his focus is firmly on creating a sound with global reach and appeal.
